Just launched: The Pericles Project
We’re happy to introduce the world to the Pericles Project, an awesome application we helped build and launched just a few weeks ago. Our client had a great idea for a news aggregator that offers you personalized recommendations for which news to read, based on your similarity to other users. It also helps you break out of the internet echo chamber by showing you the most highly regarded articles from all parts of the political spectrum, tidily summed up by “left, right and center.”
The more you read, the better it knows you and your tastes, and we should know—we spent a lot of time writing complex algorithms to determine how alike users are. We’re excited to see them in action!
